A Deeper Look At The Science Behind Web Design
The profession of web designing is one of creativity and excitement. It has all those elements that can attract people who love to undertake fancy coding and creating attractive websites that can be liked by one and all. Web designing is an art but it is no less a science either. There is science in creating websites the way you like it.
Websites are created to attract customers who would eventually buy your product or join your group or whatever is you ultimate aim. When developing websites you should keep in mind that ‘what you like’ is not enough for customers to like. You should be able to provide them that is simple and which they would like. It is your liking designed to impress them to go ahead and take expected action. As a part of this process you can undertake usability testing and browser testing.
Usability testing is the science of undertaking simple tests that would allow you to understand if your website design is easily usable by your customers. You may start off testing by making your friends use it or carry out the test with someone totally unaware of your site. You can study their responses by staying in the room when they use it. If you have neutral people or those who are unaware of your website, letting them test it will give you a very clear idea of what improvements may be achieved. You may have them respond or give a feedback on what they feel needs to be done.
